ADDICTION TO WORK: ""WORKAHOLISM""
Abstract
The present investigation has as aim develop a review to the concept of ""Workaholism"". The main theoretical models, the associated symptoms, the organizationals and personal factors are reviewed that take part in workaholism, psicométricos instruments to measure it and results found in investigations developed with different population samples. Finally the limitations and possible alternatives of studies consider on the subject.
