The Evolution of Change: How is it and where it is heading to

Abstract
The relevance of patients' change over the course of psychotherapy is relevant. This article examines change episodes of four four successful therapeutic processes, from two perspectives of change; one of them is Subjective Theory and the other is the Integration Therapeutic Focus, the first decanted into a list of Generic Change Indicators (IGC) and the second model in the Heidelberg Structural Change Scale (HSCS). In this study this two ways to evaluate change process are compared, confirming that this process ocurs in an irregular but progressive trend and that there is a relationship between this two models when evaluating change.
