Multimodal Intervention of ADHD: The Co-therapist role of the family

Abstract
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that requires the need for systematic programs multimodal intervention, in which consider the heterogeneity of the disorder. Just as we must take into account the presence of symptoms in two or more settings for diagnosis, intervention is appropriate for their active participation. This paper aims to analyze the important role of the family as co-therapist in the multimodal treatment of children diagnosed with ADHD, and propose a program with intervention strategies.
