EXPLORATORY STUDY OF FORCLUSION IN PARANOID PSYCHOSES IN A CLINICAL AND PROJECTIVE APPROACH

Abstract
Objective The aim of this exploratory study is to describe the composite diagnostic indicator for the foreclosure at the Rorschach test. Methodology and patient: First, the concept of foreclosure is the object of a definitory part. Second, basing on the state of research – including the data elaborated by De Tychey in 1982- it is established a semiology for foreclosure at the Rorschach test (two protocols established 18 months apart in the context of a longitudinal test / re-test study). Results: The relevance of the diagnostic indicators is validated. Discussion : A discussion is dedicated to the psychotic patients' experience as illustrated by the Rorschach protocols. Conclusion: The identification of diagnostic indicators for dissociated psychosis at the Rorschach test endows the concept of foreclosure with a direct clinical significance.
