PSYCHOLOGY OF LEGAL STUDENTS AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS


Abstract
Legal education is an incubator of legal talents and the foundation of the rule of law. This paper firstly identifies the common features between legal education and audience psychology. Then, an online questionnaire survey was conducted to identify the features of audience psychology of colleges students majoring in law. After that, an empirical contrastive experiment was performed on several junior law students from a college of Fujian province, China. The experimental results were analyzed in details to determine the factors affecting the psychology of law students. The results show that the law education is greatly affected by teachers, teaching content and students; for the students in the experimental group, their interest in legal education increased by 26% through the experiment; audience psychology promotes the teaching effect of legal education. The research results are of great significance to the reform of legal education in Chinese colleges.
