RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL, TURNOVER INTENTION AND TEAMBUILDING OF ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEES

Abstract
In the era of information technology, the competitive edge of an enterprise directly hinges on the psychological capital, team awareness and turnover intention of employees. Drawing on relevant theories on psychological capital, this paper explores how the demographic variables of enterprise employees affect their psychological capital and its three elements, i.e. expectation, positiveness and perseverance, and analyzes how psychological capital and its three elements are correlated with turnover intention and teambuilding of enterprise employees. The research data were collected through a questionnaire survey and analyzed on SPSS. The results show that the respondents have high levels of psychological capital and teambuilding, and a low turnover intention; the psychological capital, plus its three elements, is closely correlated with turnover intention and teambuilding. The research results provide a reference for scientific management of human resources in enterprises.
