On this basis, 61 students with mild anxiety or above were divided into two groups and received intervention with two kinds of music. The heart rate, respiratory rate and skin electricity of each subject were measured throughout the experiment. The results show that the performance anxiety of vocal music students is related to gender and stage experience; music therapy could effectively alleviate the vocal music students with different degrees of performance anxiety, and reduce their psychological barriers, thereby preventing performance errors induced by anxiety. The research results are conducive to the promotion and application of music therapy.
