Methodological Strategies on Clinical Research
Abstract
In this work, we present the research activities of an university chair, which remit to an intrinsic relation between teaching, extension activities and the research task, arose from the questionings of the clinical practice and theoretical setting revision. This work is focused on the aspects of the investigative activity which express tightness between methodology and epistemology, between practice and theory. The aim is to transmit the empirical research processes carried out, pointing out its difficulties and evolution through successive projects imbricated with the clinical practice in a Community Assistance Service. The conceptual frame, the implemented methodologies and the obstacles in the investigative process are described, as well as the current perspectives.
