CLINICAL UNDERSTANDING AND GRADUAL STRATEGIC DISTURBANCE
Abstract
The present article is based in clinical cases analysis, clinical experience and qualitative research in successful psychotherapy processes. The Clinical Guide of Cognitive-Affective-Behavioral Dynamics is presented (D-CAC) -it is useful to orientate the therapist to dilucidate the coherence of a dysfunctional meaning and design a systematic intervention strategy. It is also presented the multidimensional format to reconstruct processes involved in psychological distress (RMPS) and strategically disturb in dysfunctional meaning sequencies.
