CONDITIONS FOR AN AWARENESS-BASED PSYCHOTHERAPY
Abstract
Based on a counsciousness model desingned by Ken Wilber, which identifies nine levels of conuciousness described in four dimensions (internal indivudal; external indivudual; internal collective; external collective) the author put foward a method to desing psicoterapeutic strategies (taking the conunciousness as the target of those strategies) in those four dimensions. Based on this model, this articules describes strategies for de first six of the nine levels: 1- psicotic; 2- border- narcisictic; 3- psiconeurosis; 4-script neurosis; 5-identity neurosis; 6-existential neurosis; at the same time, propouses guides to distiguish real mistical experiences (the last three levels) from the magic-animistic regresions taking place in psicosis and border narcisitic disorders.
