Abstract
Human resource management (HRM) is the key to the development and innovation of an enterprise. This paper aims to identify the principles for guidance and intervention of employees’ psychological crisis by the enterprise HRM. Taking the HRM structure of an enterprise for example, the author surveyed the age, education level, job nature and job structure of the employees, analyses the reasons for the crisis of talent management in enterprise development, and comes up with coping measures for the HRM to cope with that crisis. The results show that, for enterprise development, the HRM must guide and intervene in the employees’ psychology, provide reliable suggestions on enterprise structure, establish a reasonable career plan for employees, and take positive measures to retain talents; an incentive mechanism is also necessary to mobilize the work enthusiasm of employees, making the enterprise more efficiency; the guidance and intervention of psychological crisis by the HRM help to improve employees’ attitude and ability at work, and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise. The research findings provide a reference for improving the HRM capabilities of enterprises.
