RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MENTAL HEALTH, PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT AND JOB BURNOUT OF ENTERPRISE MANAGERS
Abstract
Enterprise management, a determinate of operating efficiency of the enterprise, is affected by the mental health, psychological contract and job burnout of enterprise managers. This paper summarizes the theories related to the three issues, and carries out a questionnaire survey on 100 enterprise managers from different industries. Based on the survey results, the author discussed the correlation between mental health, psychological contract and job burnout of enterprise managers. The results show that mangers of manufacturing, commerce and finance enterprises have relatively poor mental health; mangers of business enterprises face the worst psychological contract; enterprise managers in all industries, except for manufacturing, suffer from serious job burnout; there are significant correlations between the mental health, psychological contract and job burnout of enterprise managers in different industries. The research results provide a reference for the cultivation and self-regulation of enterprise managers.
