THE APPLICATION OF PSYCHO-BEHAVIOR ALANALYSIS IN THE COMPARISON AND SELECTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL ART DESIGN SCHEMES
Abstract
Community park is an important part of urban greening. The social value and user experience of community park depend heavily on the rationality of park design. Focusing on the psychological behavior of users, this paper introduces psycho-behavioral analysis to the comparison and selection of community park designs. Taking three community parks in Taiyuan, China as the objects, a questionnaire survey and an interview were conducted among the park users. On this basis, the author summed up the psycho behavioral needs of users for community park landscape. The results show that the elderly and the young are the main users of community parks; the main purposes of these users include fitness, friend-making and leisure; the landscape, rest facilities and lighting of community parks should be further improved. Finally, this paper puts forward the design strategy for community parks, and highlights the importance of comfort, safety and beauty in the design. The research results provide a guide for humanized design of community parks.
