Systematic Nursing Intervention Effectively Controls The Blood Glucose Level And Improves The Adverse Psychological State of Patients With Diabetic Nephropathy
Abstract
Objective: To inquire into the application value of systematic nursing intervention in diabetic nephropathy (DN).
Methods: One hundred and nineteen patients with DN from January 2017 to July 2019 were selected and stochastically assigned into group A and group B. Among them, 55 cases in group A received routine nursing, while 64 cases in group B received systematic nursing intervention on the basis of group A. The blood glucose (BG) index levels and adverse psychological state of patients before and after nursing were observed. Results: Although no evident differences were observed before nursing, the BG index levels and adverse psychological state meliorated notably after nursing, and the improvement was better in group B than in group A.
Conclusion: Systematic nursing intervention for DN can effectively control the BG level of patients and mitigate their adverse psychological state.
